Jeremy got the door for Serin.   She smiled at him. “Thank you.” And then she got inside the car.   As soon as he closed the door, Jeremy rushed to the other side of the car.   Serin’s heart is beating too fast. And it began to race more wildly the moment Jeremy got inside the car.   Sitting in the driver’s seat has never been this heart-trembling, Jeremy thought to himself.   It is funny how this moment alone with Serin in his car is making him feel a lot more nervous than those times he had to give speeches in front of many people, either Crimson or SE Group business-related events and conferences.  

Chris' questions totally flustered him but he didn't let it show.    "Carol must have told you." He said, concealing his shock and uneasiness in a calm voice.   "So, who is he? How did he get to your office floor? Carol said she didn't receive any call from the front desk."   "He just showed up there? At her station?" Ken asked, puzzled.    "Yes. That's why Carol was suspecting him a lot." Chris responded.   Silence fell on Jeremy. He doesn't know what to answer. But not responding to Chris would only cause suspicion.    He cleared his throat. "I know him."   

"Those that tormented us before, let's bury them in forgetfulness. But there's one thing I would want to keep remembering. Our beautiful past. I may no longer remember who I am but I don't want our dear memories to fade in my heart. I still want to walk on that beautiful past with you. Can you take me there again?"   Jeremy is totally speechless. What Serin just said is something he doesn’t want to hear, as of now. He is still clueless. He isn’t sure if helping Serin get her memory back is what he should be doing or what he must never do. One wrong move, her existence could possibly be in danger. What he needs to do is to see Sodon and talk to him again. After Jeremy revealed to Sodon everything he had seen in the memory of their past the moment he confessed to Serin, the old man finally figured out what to do to help Serin exist in this transcending time without facing a tragic fate. And he has to do that in their time in the past and not here. But despite having the solution Sodon already came up with, he can no longer easily vanish here and appear in the past because the situation between Jeremy and him has already changed.   If before, Serin’s expression of yearning and love for Heron is the reason for Sodon’s sudden appearance and disappearance in both transcending time, now that is not the case anymore.
