Tonight we are going to Leopold’s best friend's birthday party. I’m panicking in my room about what to wear. Nothing I have seems to be good enough. According to Leopold, this is not a formal party, it is more like a gathering with friends, but I still feel nervous about my appearance. Being the fake fiancée of a rich guy means that a lot of eyes will be on me ready to judge every little detail about my looks and my behavior, and I don’t think I’ll pass the test.After searching in my suitcase frenetically for something appropriate to wear for the evening, I find that luckily I find among my belongings a black cocktail dress that makes my waist look small and that is overall really flattering for my slim figure, I totally forgot I had packed it and I sigh relieved once I find it. There is no need for him to kiss me, no one is looking at us so we don’t have to pretend to be a couple, but he is still about to kiss me and I am not going to refuse him. I’m actually longing to feel his lips on mine, not as part of our act as a fake couple, but as a genuine kiss between two people.
