One of them had his head on his right hand, and then the fire on the other. Another one looked right at me but I couldn't see his face. Even though I just knew he was staring at me. Black wounds appeared all over his body making him seem like he recently got stabbed in every part of his body. Then I noticed those creepy wounds were his eyes. The bloody hell! But the moment we arrived at the gates of their fortresses, they sprayed something colbalt blue like on their skins and instantly, turned into full grown men.After a long boring conversation, pleading and laughing minutes later, when I'd lost track of time I spent in the carriage, they finally welcomed us in and let us passed through the fortified gates.

"Here, follow me." The woman who was supposed to be my mother, lead us to a small room close to the kitchen. "We'll be safe in the pantry, my child."
