Richard had just arrived at the university. He wrote the entrance exams into to the university three months and appeared with the best result among those that applied for computer engineering. He arrived at university looking so rough like he had been for the past five years. He was wearing one of the five pairs of oversized clothes he had been wearing for the past 3 years. He didn't care for a second about what other people will say about him. He vowed to himself that he will never be in any form of relationship with any girl. He arrived at his faculty which was a 12 storey building. Richard was so amazed by how beautiful the building was. It so much bigger than that of his former school. He kept the bag he was holding in his hand and proceeded with only the one he was carrying on his back to the entrance of his faculty. Richard became totally disorientated after seeing Rebecca. More than ever, he regretted why left. He remembered about the good times they used to have and how happy she used to be when she see him. Richard woke up in the morning feeling like the previous night was a dream. He couldn't remember the last time he was feeling so happy like that. When he looked around the room, he noticed that almost everyone had gotten ready. "So you are finally up," Thomas said. "Yes I am," Richard replied as he stretched his arms. "Achuba told me that you had a pleasant night," Thomas said. "Indeed, it is one of the very best nights of my life," Richard replied. "Really?" Thomas asked. "Yes really, let me take a bath first, I will tell you when I come out," Richard said. As they were about to leave for their morning lectures, Richard received a message from Alice. "Rebecca is not going to lectures, we'll be having some fun at home" the message said. "I'm going to see Rebecca," Richard announced after reading the message. "Really? Is been a week, and Richard did not see Rebecca nor visited Prof. Grace. It was in the noon and Richard was through with his lectures for that day. They were about to leave when one of the final year student of their department walked into their lecture theatre. "Can I please have your attention?" He requested and the place became silent and those leaving decided to wait and listen what he had to say. "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but we just need some few minutes of your time," he continued. "Is okay, we are listen," said one of the people. "As you know, the school election will take place next week. So if you don't mind, some of the contestants would like to deliver their campaign speeches," he announced. Few of the students left without waiting for the contestants to come in. Richard wanted to leave, but Thomas insisted that they must stay. They sat in the front and watched as the contestants walked in to
