Round 2: weapons, no wolves Pepper was standing at the arena center with what looked like two machetes only thinner and a sick grin on her face. Mj took a deep breath and stepped to the center almost nose to nose with Pepper. She laughed shortly as she leaned into Mj’s face “I can't wait to bathe in the money your ass is gonna make me,” Pepper glanced toward the others, “don't worry about Dante I will take good care of him too” Pepper’s voice was shrill and Mj’s fist tightened on the knives as she leaned back onto her heel to ready for the buzzer.

Round 2: You don't need luck, you have Theo Azreal cleared his throat “I'm sorry Mj but we need to get you ready for the third round-” before the Alpha could utter another word, a very concerned Beta pushed passed him and straight to the floor next to Mj who was still holding tight to Dante. “Mj i’m so sorry please, forgive me” Lila’s voice was horse and barley audible, she had huge streaks down her face from crying and the tears were lingering at the corner of her eyes threatening to assault her already rosie cheeks.

She is not a walker! Lila gasped and shot to her feet, hands over her mouth “no” was all the distressed Beta could say, Azreal tried to grab her arm but she jerked away and glared at him. “Don't you dare,” Lila spat at her mate, “that girl is gone because of you-” before anyone else could say anything Dante doubled over groaning in pain as if setting off a chain reaction the entire arena became silent as an earth shattering scream ripped out of the lifeless body on the ground.

Why would I trade for something worthless? Azreal turned his attention to the wolves attempting to leave the territory and noticed that the male seemed to be struggling with Mj’s body, she had started to move around and with her elongated limbs it was difficult for him to keep his balance with her over his shoulder the way she was. Pepper’s mate dropped Mj to the ground as her body started to convulse. Her chest was making a crunching sound as the bones began to retract the sound of pure air being forced from her body caused Mj to groan.

One of the nurses that had been cutting clothes away from Mj ran back through the doors they had taken her through and greeted Beth. The nurse propped the door open and motioned for Jay and Ace to continue through the doors as she yelled to the back for them to bring another bed. Beth tried to follow but was stopped by the nurse and told she needed to wait outside, they were extremely busy and her presence wasn't needed at this time.
