My name is Gavin York. I’m thirty-five years old, and I have worked in the city for the past five years.

It’s been tough to get by lately, so I decided to get a roommate to cut down on rent and living costs.

I advertised online and waited, but months ticked by with nothing. Just as I was about to take down the notice, a message from someone named Rose Wilder popped up in my feed.

Her profile picture showed a woman with a sultry, mature vibe, but her page was blank. It looked like she had just appeared out of thin air.

Rose messaged me to ask if she could move in right away. She was in a bind and needed a place to stay for a few months while on business.

People usually thought about renting a room for a long time, but she was ready to commit.

I did not question it since the faster I got a roommate, the quicker I could start saving money. I sent her my details and told her to come by the next day to check out the place.

The next day, a bombshell with curves in all the right places and the clothes to accentuate them rang my doorbell.

"Are you Rose Wilder?" I figured she was a woman, but I never imagined she would be this stunning.

She was dressed like she was hiding from paparazzi with a wide-brimmed hat, shades, and a black mask.

She was wearing a sultry red bodycon dress that accentuated her curves. Her full, voluptuous figure seemed on the verge of bursting out of the fabric, and her slender waist made her look graceful and delicate.

The dress was pretty short, and I would’ve had quite the show if she accidentally bent over.

My new roommate was a real feast for the eyes.

My ogling got a laugh out of her. "Cat got your tongue? Weren't you going to show me the room I’ll be moving into?"

She leaned closer, and I could not help but notice her strong presence. I swallowed hard, feeling a bit overwhelmed.

Her eyes had a way of capturing mine and holding my gaze with an intensity that I could not shake off.

The beauty removed her sunglasses and mask, revealing a face with delicate features and an elegant charm.

"Have we ever met before?"

I was sure we had not. A girl like her would have left a lasting impression.

Her playful voice snapped me out of my daze. It was pretty awkward to get caught daydreaming right in front of her.

I had to really focus on keeping my hands to myself, or I might have done something I would have regretted.

"Sorry, I zoned out for a second. Let's go check out the room."

I led the way, and she followed, wheeling a small suitcase behind her.

As we walked, we got to talking.

She introduced herself as Yvonne Watson. She was thirty years old, so five years younger than me.

She insisted I call her Vonn, and I had no problems with it. I did not have a nickname, so she just called me Gavin in return.

"Vonn, the room's pretty basic. This is my bachelor’s pad, so I haven't done much with the place."

I felt a bit sheepish. With her sophisticated look and youthful vibe, she seemed out of sync with the modest surroundings.

To my surprise, Vonn took one look at the room and decided it was perfect.

I was secretly thrilled.

Since Vonn was only looking to rent for a few months, we skipped the formalities.

She asked about the rent, but she did not immediately hand over the cash after hearing the amount.

I figured she might be tight on money, so I did not push it. She could always pay me later.

After all, she was not going anywhere else anytime soon.

What I did not expect was the unique way she would end up paying her share of the rent.

That very day, Vonn moved in.

She started sprucing up the place immediately, decked out in comfy loungewear as she cleaned the room.

Her outfit, though baggy, could not hide her striking figure. She had legs for days and a waist so tiny that I felt like I could wrap my hand around its entirety.

As she moved, her white tee bounced to her rhythm. It was a mesmerizing sight that got my heart racing.

Her bare calves peeked out, her skin so shiny and smooth. I could not help but think about what else I wanted those legs to do...

She was bent over, scrubbing away at a stubborn spot on the floor. Her backside was sticking up high in the air.

It was like she was putting on a show just for me.

From my angle, all I could see was her perfectly rounded behind.

Her clothes clung to her body so closely that I could even see the outline of her black underwear through her skirt.
