The living room fell dead silent.

Charles and Derek looked at each other and then said, "So what?"

Susan was stunned as she did not expect that would be their reply. "So what, you? My biological daughter, your biological sister, was harmed by Samantha!" she said in disbelief. "Isn't that clear enough?!"

Charles grabbed Susan's hand and said, "Celine is dead now. Please don't make trouble at this critical moment."

Charles's company was about to go public, and that period was very critical to him and the company. If the matter was exposed, the stock price would decrease significantly. As such, Charles would never let the matter go out of hand.

"I know Celine's death is unjust, but let's deal with it after this period is over, alright?"
