"Actually…" Timothy lowered his gaze, focusing on how Bob held the newspaper. "You can get more excited. I'll take responsibility for it."

Bob put the newspaper down, picked up his coffee, and asked, "Is this Freesia's service?"

Timothy's eyes followed Bob's hand to the coffee cup handle. "No, it's my personal service."

Bob sipped the coffee and said, "Personal service." His tone was laden with meaning.

Timothy responded, "Yes."

As soon as he finished speaking, he quickly ducked his head and returned to the order counter. Personal service? Timothy could not believe he had said something so provocative.

Luckily, a new customer arrived, and he became busy taking orders and making coffee, leaving him no time to dwell on his bold words.

During his shift, Timothy would glance over at Bob whenever he had a moment.

Bob had brought two books with him, and after finishing the newspaper, he spent his time reading.
