Chapter 625

Apollo and Ruth walked to the dining room as they chatted.

Abel pursed his lips and watched Ruth blankly. Her mood did not seem right. It was as if she had been ignoring him since last night.

His suspicion continued all the way to the dining table and was confirmed again.

Every time he stretched out his utensils, he would be intercepted halfway. Then, he would watch helplessly as his favorite food went to Apollo’s plate instead.

“Here, this is for you! It must be hard on you to come over so early in the morning!” Ruth was overly enthusiastic.

No matter how dense Apollo was, even he had noticed that something was wrong.

Feeling his brother’s sharp glare, he felt as if he was sitting on pins and needles. “Sis, it’s enough. I’m actually not that hungry. How about I wait in the car?”

“That won’t do! You’re still growing. Have this, too!” As she spoke, Ruth took away the only cup of warm milk that was in front of Abel.

Apollo was speechless. He was already a full-grown adult.
