Chapter 651 Decision

Yet David's mask seemed to be affixed to his face. Rebecca was unable to tell if he was being sincere or not.

As she gazed at his face, she suddenly felt tired.

Rebecca combed her hair back with her hands and said tiredly, "It's late, and I'm tired. I want to go back to my room and rest now. Why don't you go and rest too? I'm sure you feel the same. The guestroom is over there."

She then pointed to an adjacent room that had been cleaned up. It wasn't the one Stephanie stayed in the last time she was here. Rebecca then left the table.

"Don't you plan on resolving tonight's issue, Becca?" David called from behind her.

Rebecca could feel his burning gaze directed at her back without turning around.

She didn't plan to turn around.

"I don't think we're in the best headspace to be discussing this right now. I'm afraid it will only spiral into more confusion. Why don't we both get proper rest first and talk about it tomorrow?" Rebecca said.

She then went into the master bedroom.
