[Terrence]We arrived at the hotel and it was already swarming with journalists. While walking towards the entrance, I could hear the journalists throwing questions at me like what our thoughts were about our competitors releasing a product ahead of us and how we’re dealing with the random rumors circulating online. [Kael]Immediately after the launch, Terrence, Aira and I started creating a plan on how to save Amelia and how to get Natalia arrested. We booked a room at the hotel where the launch was held, and we made sure to keep the conversation that we’ll be having, all to ourselves. We made sure to switch our phones off and double check the vicinity of the room to see if there are any mysterious people trying to eavesdrop.“I’ve gone ahead and investigated Natalia’s background, what she’s been up to and who she’s been meeting. I found out that Natalia has been in contact with someone from London. I managed to hire a few investigators in London to find out more about this person.” I explained. I took out a piece of paper from my jacket pocket and I showed it to the both of them.

[Terrence]The following morning, I picked up Aira at her house and we proceeded to drive over to the apartment complex. Kael just texted me that he’s waiting for Natalia outside of the hotel she’s staying in. I took out the bottle of beer that Kael gave us and I climbed up the stairs through the fire exit and I went to room 407 and dropped the bottle by the door and I made sure to knock too so the guy inside comes out and sees the bottle.Aira was staying in the car while I was inside the apartment. I needed her to stay outside just in case anything happens. She’s also in charge of calling the cops but only after I send her the signal to do so. “Amelia?” The moment I entered the room, I noticed how messy it was. There were scattered sloths on the floor, bits and pieces of paper which I assume are receipts from the pharmacy. I walked inside trying to find Amelia or anyone. I saw the door to the bedroom was slightly ajar so I proceeded to walk over there with caution. As I opened the door further, I saw her.“Amelia?” I called out. She was laying on the bed, on her side and her back was turned to me. When I called out her name, she flinched and was surprised. “Can you walk? My car is downstairs, we need to leave right now.” I told her. She nodded and told me that she’ll be able to walk without a problem. When we took our first steps outside of the room, I could feel how tightly she was gripping onto me. She was trying so hard not to fall and I knew she was having a hard time walking. Without a second thought, I picked her up from the floor and I carried her.“Wh-what are you doing?” She asked, her voice was shaky but it didn't matter to me. “Are you her immediate family?” The doctor asked. Before I could answer, Aira answered and told the doctor that we were Amelia’s family. The doctor nodded and told us about her condition. “She’s severely malnourished. If you would have taken her here any later, it would have been too late. She fainted due to malnourishment and fatigue. It’s not good for an expecting mother to be under constant stress like this. We’ll do our best to give her what she needs. In the meantime, I highly suggest for her to stay in the hospital so we’ll be able to do all the tests to see if anything else is wrong with her.” The doctor said. I nodded and told him that we’ll follow his advice. While waiting for Amelia to be transferred to a room, Aira and I sat down on the available chairs in the waiting room. Aira rested her head on my shoulder and I heard her sigh.

[Kael] The following morning, our mission began. I went to the hotel where Natalia was staying to pick her up. When I pulled over, she was already waiting for me outside of the hotel. Before I got out of my car, I had to put myself in a calm mental state. I have to deal with her for possibly a few hours until Terrence and Aira manage to get Amelia out. I took deep breaths and when I knew that I was calm and ready to face her, I got out of my car and walked towards Natalia. “Have you been waiting long? You should’ve told me that you were ready. I’m sorry, if only I had known.” I told her. She smiled and blushed at my words. No matter how I look at it, Natalia and Amelia do have some similarities but in terms of personality, they’re worlds apart.
