Minah checked her watch while she got off the private ferry she was riding bound for Kusu Island. From Marina South Pier, the ferry traveled for more than half an hour. Although she was tired and her senses were down, she wasn't able to take a nap for the entire six-hour trip ever since the vessel left from the Philippines until they finally reached the island.

Tobias made her feel what heaven was like last night. They made love the whole night. They did it inside the tub, in the shower, and then finally in their bed. Her whole body was aching when she woke up that morning. But all of it was worth it when she woke up that morning still in his tight embrace.

They had breakfast together and she helped him pack up his suitcase—together with Angel of course who kept reminding her father to call them as soon as he arrived at his destination.

It was only an hour when Tobias left when she drove back to the airport to catch her flight at exactly three sharp.
