Chapter 136: Mirenda’s Suspicion

At the hospital, Fiona didn't want anyone to suspect anything so she requested to be discharged. Her health was okay. The doctor only wanted to keep her there to ensure everything was fine as she went through nine full months of pregnancy without medical attention. Again, her pregnancy was a hidden one. The paperwork was done and Fiona was discharged early hours of the morning. Vera dropped her off at Southwest Ranches City.

“Vera, I appreciate what you are doing for me. I will figure things out and I will come for her," Fiona said leaning on the window of the closed car door while Vera remained behind the wheel.

“What are you going to name her?" Vera asked looking at the baby sleeping peacefully in a small nest strapped to the back seat of the car.

“Lily," Fiona replied after a careful thought.

“You are naming her after your late mother. Nice one," Vera commented. "Wait, how am I supposed to feed her? I have nothing here," she said pointing to her chest with her chin as she moved her
