Chapter 9 Everything is set

I chuckled. "Let's eat first, Leah. I'm starving. Let's order, and I'll fill you in on everything."

As we ate, I explained how my chance meeting with the notorious alpha came about. I was careful not to mention the curse on him or the unknown threat he faced, but I felt comfortable sharing at least this much with Leah.
