Chapter 71: The Plan

Siya’s POV

I went to Veer’s house.

Not for anything, but for the sake of our friendship. I wanted to keep things

the way it was between us.

“Hello, Siya,” Vaani’s

warm smile welcomed me the moment she opened the door.

“Hi, Vaani,” I smiled

back, walking past her inside. She closed the door and followed me to the

living room. “Where is Veer?”  I asked,

looking around.

“He is upstairs, in his

room,” she responded.

“Thank you,” I commented

and headed upstairs.

Reaching to Veer’s door,

I clenched my fist to tap on it when I heard his voice. He was near the door,

on the phone I guess.

“Of course, I am not

going to teddy this one. I just hope she accepts my proposal,” he said.
