Hell No!

Out of thousands of flights today, why it should be mine that was affected by the weather? The bad curse has been following me since I met that Mr Dumbass that kept on asking whether I know him or not.

The turbulence that happened a while ago was just a sign. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, the pilot had to land the plane at Mykonos. Athens is not far but again, bad weather and it means no travelling by land too.

"How would I know Jenna? It's not like Thor is my boyfriend and I can ask him to create this bad weather." I yelled. A small headache forming on the frontal part of my head. it will be a big one later.

"You know what, it was your fault. Destination wedding my foot." Someone gasped behind me hearing me throwing back the blame to a bride who has gone to bridezilla mode.

The wedding is not tomorrow. It will be held on this Saturday. Five days more and I'm just the guest, not someone special. holding the mobile, I knocked it to my head.

"Knocking it on your head won't settle any problem." He spoke.

Was he listening to the outburst just now?

"I know." Pinching the bridge of my nose, I tried to move away from him. But he was blocking all the possible way.

"We didn't start on on a good note. My morning went bad before you splashed the coffee on my shirt." he put his hand forward.

"I don't like to end something on a sour note even though I don't want to see you after this."

As if I want to be in the and place as he is. Rolling my eyes upwards, I shake his hand. It was my fault that I have apologised. But again, his attitude was uncalled for. Today is Brandon anniversary and for the first time, I didn't pay respect or put daisy on his grave. It has affected my mood and this Alex has to face that.

"Yeah. Hope that this is the end of the road for us." I flashed him my smile.

"However, it was nice meeting someone who doesn't know me for who I am. Quite refreshing."

Now I can see the dimple on both sides of his cheek. Undeniably he is such good to look at. His smile reminds me of Brandon.

"I might be one of the thousands who easily forgets a face that is supposedly popular." A small laugh escaped my lips.

"Mr Alex." A man with a black beard called him.

"We have prepared the presidential suite for you and your friend here."

Friend? I was about to correct that man assumption when Alex said thanks and with that, the man flee as fast as he can.

Now, that makes me feels like I need to know and do some research on this man that called himself Alex Pierce. As I said, it does ring a bell. Not Alex himself but the Pierce.

"You don't need to be such a gentleman. I can find a decent room to stay in for a night." I told him directly. He was the one that wished that we never meet again after this. His action and words conflict with each other.

"Not gentlemen." He forced a small laugh.

"That man made an assumption when he sees us together. I've told you that I hoped that we never meet again and I insinuate that."

Squinting my eyes, I let out a small groan. He is a dumbass and he has proven it again and again.

"It's good then. I don't want to see you again Mr dumbass." I said leaving him flabbergasted.

Being in Mykonos for the first time, I want to explore the island and maybe add it to my blog. Taking out the camera from my backpack, I took pictures of the amazing view that Mykonos has to offer. It was breathtaking.

That night, I started to upload the picture that I have taken earlier in my blog with a note saying that it was unplanned and worth happening.

The airline provided the room for us in Mykonos as a way of saying they are very apologetic for landing in Mykonos.

Thinking that, it was an unplanned holiday, and this was one of the places that Brandon want to explore, I went out.

It was lively!

Pubs and loud music turn this small beach town into a party mood. Small alleyway radiated by colourful light and flowers almost everywhere. A refreshing view than the city. The city seems like it's not sleeping at night. It came alive actually.

Trudging the bricks alleyway, I made my way to another place that was listed as a place tourist must-see, the windmill at Kato Mili. The yellow light splash in bright whitewashed walls takes my breath away.

Then, I decided to have a look at a place that is called little Venice of Greece and have my diner there.

It does have a romantic vibe. The pace facing the sea. Imagine having your food while listening to the sound of rolling waves of the sea.

"Missing you Brandon,"  I said while playing with his ring that I put on my finger. Looking around, couples holding hands while walking and dancing intimately brings that memory that I'm trying to push away. How do I wish he was still alive and be here with me.

"Hell no!"

Looking up, the mood that I have gone with the wind.

His face changed when he saw the simmering water in my eyes.

"Are you crying?"

Why does he have to be here when I want to be alone?

"Are you following me?" I decided that it was better to question him rather than answering the embarrassing question that he hurled at me a while ago.

"No!" He yelled.

"Why must you be here when there are hundreds of bars here?"

He sighed. "I can ask you the same question."

"You seems to be a rich man. There must be a better bar than this that meets your taste." Shrugging my shoulder, I hoped he understands that I am not moving away.

"Hey, Alex." A tall man with a broad shoulder touches his shoulder and both of them hugged.

"Long time no see." That man eyed me. Looking at me from up to down.

"Your new girlfriend?" He asked Alex.

His question however tickles me. I let out a roar of a laugh. "This dumbass? Sorry, not my taste."

The man chuckled.

Alex groaned. His eyes narrowed on me. "Forgetting your ring I see. Cheating your husband?"

"Nah, he is better than anyone," I answer chuckling.

"So..." His friend who I still don't know his name gave a nervous laugh.

"Married I see. Such a shame. I'm Aaron. This dumbass friend." He said.

I like this guy. We have the same opinion.

"Regina. Nice knowing someone who has the same opinion."

Looking at Alex, he has this murderous look on his face. "Come Aaron." His voice is steely and cold.

"Bye Regina. You are welcomed to join us." He winked at me.

"Hell no!" I and Alex answered jointly. Our high pitched voice resonated.

PEACE, NO WAR?SHOPPING with Jenna was something I dreaded as her cousin. She has this amazing stamina while I have a problem with my heel. It's not like I can lessen the pain by wearing flat-heeled sandals. It's just something that I inherited from my grandma. She had the same problem. The solution is less walking. Which seems impossible today. "Jenna, this is the last boutique. Please." "The last for today. I hope we can find something for you here." she walked inside the boutique that has this lavish outlook on the outside."I'm looking for a bridesmaid dress," Jenna announce to a rather jovial-looking girl at the counter."What colour would you prefer to have a look at?"
