I sighed and scoffed. Who cares? I thought about mom and she lied. Sighing, I dialed Aria's number and she picked up.
" Hey." She said into the phone.
" Hi, I'm home." I said and she giggled.
" Wow, can we FaceTime?"
" Sure." I said and switched mode to FaceTime.
" And who's that?" She asked, referring to Aiden who was sitting behind me.
" I don't know, I just met him." I whispered and winked at her.
It seems he saw me Face timing with Aria. He got up and went outside.
" Alright, he's fuckin' mean." Aria said and I chuckled.

" Bye." I said, ending the call. I got up carrying my bag and walked out.
Aiden was outside going through his phone. He should probably be one of these guys who are addicted to their phones. He looked at me and took the lead, opening the car door. We were accompanied by my dad's driver, definitely not Luke but someone else.
Aiden sat at the front with the driver and I was at the back alone.
" Who are you to my dad?" I asked, looking at him through the rearview mirror.
God he doesn't smile for real or even laugh. He's too young for such a crazy attitude. I mean who doesn't smile at this new age?
" Hello..." I said and raised my brows, looking at him through the mirror.
" Alright mouth breather." I said out loud.
" Fucking asshole." I said in my thoughts.
He scoffed and shook his head like someone who heard my thinking.
The driver stopped at a mall and parked in a lot. I came down including Aiden. He was wearing some stupid winter coat.
" Only a crazy white dude wears a winter coat in summer. This guy is fucked up." I said in my thoughts, looking around.
" You gossip too much." He said and walked ahead of me.
Is he reading my mind? Hell no, that's fucking impossible. We entered the mall and I was lost , I didn't even know where to start from.
I sighed and picked a set of earrings and dropped it back.
" That will look good on you." A girl said.
Of course it's the sales rep trying to patronize me.
" Thanks, maybe I need to shop for clothes." I said and smiled at her.
" Alright, lemme make it a day for you." She said and proceeded to walk.
" I'm outside." Aiden said and left.
" Your boyfriend?" The sales rep asked.
" What?" I snort. " Hell no. Never would I date someone like that, he sucks." I said and scoffed .

" Good for him." I mutter, glancing at the dresses in each mannequin. These are beautiful
I picked my desired clothes and definitely paid. Aiden was outside waiting, he opened the trunk of the car and let me keep my clothes myself. I wasn't expecting that. He opened the car door and I entered the back and off we went to God knows where.
I logged into my social media account and saw a post from Lindiwe with a new girl. Fuck I was hurt, I can't believe she can just abandon me because my mom yelled at her.
I sent her a message and she refused to reply. I didn't give up but sent more messages. Finally she replied.
'Stalker it's over!'
I read the text and gasped.
I held my breath and replied the text.' Why?'
It took her 7 minutes before she could reply.
' I'm done with you, go get yourself a boyfriend. I'm blocking you ASAP.'
And truly enough, she blocked me and I angrily threw my phone aside.
I saw Aiden roll his eyes at me through the rearview mirror. I glared at him through the mirror. What's his shit? I'm trying to deal with my sexuality and I can't stand a rude stare from anyone. Not even this handsome man in the passenger seat.
" Please take me to a forest reserve area." I said to Aiden.
" No." He replied at once.
" Why?" I asked but didn't get a reply from Aiden.
" Hey, please take me to a forest reserve." I said to the driver.
" Sorry I can't, I need to obey Aiden." He said.
For real? So who the fuck is he?
" Take her to a park, an amusement park. She needs to ride a ferris wheel" Aiden said to the driver and he nodded.
" Seriously, this shit's nasty. I'm not some kid you take to a park. Please take me home." I said and I was getting pissed.
It seems my blabbing was in vain because the driver took me to an amusement park. God I felt so angry I wanted to strangle Aiden.
" You're not my father and it would be nice if you keep your ass in your stupid skinny jeans." I said and angrily walked away to watch the silly teenagers riding a ferris wheel.
" Keep an eye on her." Aiden said and the driver nodded.
I was so bored I just wanna go home and cry a river on my pillow. Lindiwe spoiled my mood. How can she just throw me away like that? I know we didn't date or anything close to romantic but we kissed. She was literally my first kiss and it felt so good.
I stuck my earbuds into my ears and clicked the first song that appeared on my playlist.
A guy waved at me and I removed my ear buds and stared at him blankly.
Oh please go away, I'm trying to grieve in peace.
" Are you lost?" I asked him.
" I'm not, just saying hi." He smiled and i chuckle deeply.
" Thanks." I said and put back my ear buds.
" You're feisty huh? I like feisty girls. I must admit he turns me the fuck on." He said and smirked.
Like what the actual fuck? I look up from my phone and glared at him.
" Fuck you." I told him and walked out.
Aiden was standing outside the car. I opened the backseat door and slumped on the car seat.
" I wanna go home." I said to no one in particular.
" I'm sorry but you can't go home now." The driver said.
" Why!" I shouted. The driver didn't reply.
" So who the fuck is this Aiden?" I look at him through the side window. " Hey asshole, why don't you leave me the fuck alone and get a job!"
He entered the car and the driver did the same too.
" Please take us to the lake, she needs to swim." Aiden said and the driver kicked off.
What? Is this some kind of joke?
" Why are you doing this?" I asked and he refused to reply. I'm frustrated right now.
I just hate him. I haven't known him for like three hours and he annoys the shit out of me. How's he related to my dad? I just hope it's not what I'm thinking. Please don't tell me Aiden is my bodyguard.
