Saturday evening, the Lovell family gathered for dinner at the mansion.

“Child, when do you and Diana plan to marry?” Lillian looked at the couple pointedly.

There has been too much bad news on TV recently that she wanted to hear something to look forward to for a change.

The young woman looked down shyly, her cheeks blushed red. She casted a glance at the handsome man beside her who was holding her hand under the table.

“Grandma, I’m always ready to marry her. But she has a point. She has just started her medical program.” He pinched the young woman’s hand affectionately.

“Hmph. The school is not going anywhere. You’re not getting any younger, child. How will you run around with your kids if you already have old bones?!” The old lady pouted childishly. She understood that times have changed and women these days value their careers just like men do.
