Without waiting for her to reply, Simon bent down and carried her in his arms. He then walked toward the bathroom.

“Hey…” Sharon exclaimed softly but still instinctively circled her arms around his neck. From his domineering stance, she knew that it was useless to reject him.

She realized that the bathtub had already been filled with water after he carried her into the bathroom.

“So you’ve planned this earlier on,” she said with a pout.

Simon put her down on the washstand. His voice was slightly husky as he said, “Darling, it’s just a bath. Don’t make it sound like I’m scheming against you,” he said.

“I’ve been rather tired recently. Can you give me a massage later?” she said with a grin as she looked at the handsome man before her.

Simon raised his eyes and pinned a dark gaze on her. He kissed her on the lips and asked, “When have I ever failed to satisfy any of your requests?” He then carried her again and placed her into the bathtub.
