Director Zimmermann’s expression changed immediately when he saw that she was leaving. He shouted, “Stand right there!”

Director Zimmermann’s assistant blocked Fern’s way and stopped her from leaving.

She frowned and turned around to look at Director Zimmermann. “Is there anything else?” she asked in an icy tone.

Director Zimmermann fixed his gaze on her as he sneered with a cold glint in his eyes, “Stop acting like you don’t know anything. Sit down if you want to be the female lead. Accompany Mr. Stewart well and have a meal with him.”

“I told you that I don’t—” Before she could finish speaking, Director Zimmermann’s assistant pushed her to the side of the dining table and pressed her down onto the seat.
