Chapter 1291

He turned off the computer, got up abruptly, and walked out with a gloomy look on his face.

"President Eugene, where are you going?" Wyatt hurriedly followed him.

"To find Fern!"

"But you promised Sydney that you’ll accompany her for lunch today," Wyatt reminded him.

Eugene paused in his steps, but he quickly made a decision. "Tell her I have something to take care of and I'll make it up to her next time."

He could not suppress the anger in his heart. What kept repeating in his head was Jeremy saying that he and Fern were together.

When Fern received the call from Eugene, her first thought was to reject the call but when she thought about what he had done, she felt it was still necessary to ask him about it in person.

"Where are you?" she asked.

"Come out, my car is right outside." The man's voice was frighteningly low.
