“Do you really want to lock her up in here?” Sharon asked the man beside her in the car.

There was still a trace of coldness in Simon’s eyes. He looked at Bonnie lying in Sharon’s arms and spoke with a faint voice, “I’m not locking her up, I’m simply keeping her in there to reflect on herself. It’s just to prevent her from doing anything bad to Bonnie in the future.”

Sharon looked at the child lying in her embrace. She had just finished crying and was now fast asleep.

Her chubby face still had some tear marks on them. Sharon lightly wiped them away. “You’re right, we can’t let her out of there. Who knows what kind of evil things she might do?”

If they detained Penelope in there and took her freedom away, then that would be the heaviest punishment for her.

Besides, Simon had removed her title as director, so he would be calling the shots in the company and in the family from now on.
