Chapter 54

Alpha Rozan

I layed in my chambers thinking of what else to do that day when my phone started ringing. Staring at the screen and it made me think, “why would he be calling me at this time?” I muttered before picking up the call.

“What do you want?” I questioned without caring to listen to anything he had to say when he chuckled at me.

“You are the only one I can tell this to so I had no choice but to call.” Kade said and from the tone of his voice I knew this was going to be something very serious so I sat up immediately.

“What’s wrong and please don’t beat around the bush and go straight to the point.” I said to kade nervously.

“It’s Isabelle, something is wrong with her and I just don’t know how to make her stop.” Kade said to me, still making me puzzled. Despite me just warning him to not beat around the bush, he still decided to place me on the edge with his words.

“Kade.”  I warned.

“Isabelle is having weird nightmares this few days and top it all up she has continued to see lots of strange things around her.” Kade said making me stand up from my bed and that made Isabelle mother stand up worriedly.

“What’s going on?” She whispered but I raised my hand to stop her from talking before returning to the voice on the phone.

“What do you mean by seeing things? Are you trying to say that she is acting crazy because my daughter isn’t crazy at all.” As I said those words i unknowingly began to pace around the room.

“She doesn’t sleep in the night peacefully and neither does she not stop stressing about seeing things and just the other night she made me it a very huge issue and I tried so hard to calm her down but she just won’t stop and tat alone is scaring me, she even refused to come out and greet guests that’s how frightened she has become.” Kade said and my wife heard everything and had a worried look on her face.

“Please tell me what’s going on Alpha Rozan.” She pleaded but I was just confused on why she would be seeing things in that palace.

“I am beginning to think she is really seeing these things as it is becoming to rampant.” Kade said and I couldn’t help but feel angry as all my thoughts went directly to damien, this could be the work of Amelia.

“I would get to the bottom of this so you don’t have to worry.” I said to Kade and end the call.

I turned to my wife and she looked just as angry as I was.

“This isn’t normal, she never saw weird things here and why would she be seeing things in Alpha damien palace, why nightmares?” She said nervously and that made me angry and u searched for Damien number.

It rang for a few minutes before he picked up, “Alpha Rozan.” He said to me and looking at the worried look on my wife I had no choice but to put the phone on speaker.

“Why are you doing this?” I questioned and I knew very much that he was puzzled.

“What do you mean? I haven’t done anything wrong.” He muttered

“I am sure you are well aware that Amelia is using black magic.” I began and that made damien chuckle.

“Why would Amelia use dark magic? And what do you mean by I am well aware I am not Amelia and I don’t mean to brag but I know Amelia won’t use black magic that’s if they even exist.” Damien said, confidence oozing from his voice.

“You liar! I have always known Amelia for using black magic that was why we sold her so she won’t destroy our family with her black magic and make us turn against each other!!” My wife yelled and that made me even more furious.’

“Is that true? You know that she is using black magic?” I asked damien who was quiet and that made me confirm my wife wasn’t lying at all.

“Why are you threatening me if i can remember very clearly you can’t control it tell me what to do.” Damien replied me with a more fierce voice I knew he was going to talk back at me but not this quickly.

“I see you are trying to claim position but just don’t forget I have my eyes on you, you might be an alpha everyone respects and think so highly of than I am but that won’t stop me from warning you and when you decide to do anything to Isabelle or you watch Amelia use black magic to taunt and make her life a living hell then I would show you what exactly I am made of.” I warned but I was sure damien wasn’t the least scared he didn’t even say a word to me.

“Amelia can’t ever use black magic Alpha Rozan so can you please stop threatening me.” Damien said but just then I could feel a pang of doubt in his voice like he was also beginning to doubt his trust for Amelia.

“Do you trust Amelia that much? Do you think she is that innocent?…didn’t you just hear what I said, I abandoned and threw her out for slave because she was using black magic!!” My wife yelled so Damien could hear her.

“”I trust Amelia just enough to believe she won’t do something of that such so stop with the accusations and let it go.” Damien said but I was more than sure that he was having great doubt.

“I think there is nothing more to speak about here so I would be ending the call.”Damien said about to end the call hen I had an idea,I would place doubt in him.

“She would still use you for her black magic only then would you realize what she is and last warning nothing must happen to Isabelle.”
