Isla’s POV

I laid on the bed, my heart pounding in my chest as I watched the scene unfold before my eyes. The figure who emerged in front of me was Dario. I felt like I was in a dream like nothing I was seeing was real. It felt too good to be true. I blinked only to open it and see Dario. He was actually here.

Despite the fact that everything felt like a dream, I couldn’t hide the fact that I felt a sudden wave of calmness the second I set my eyes on him.

The minute he looked at me, I saw how he mirrored my exact emotions. He appeared relived to see me. Dario turned his eyes away focusing on Axel whose look of terrified look had grown drastically.
