Chapter 1

Note - I was inspired by an old werewolf book where the male protagonist was an Alpha CEO. The girl was homeless omega, and that I read it three years ago. I don't remember the book name, but it was exciting. So I wrote this book. I hope you enjoy it.

Everything cannot remain perfect for everybody, everytime. It isn't possible for us to live a peaceful life without hardships: we have to face them and overcome them in order to live diligently. But sometimes, those hardships engrave severe pain inside us that can lead to several mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety disorder, etc. Despite the fact that you have no free time for yourself, a job with a very strict boss and a university to attend, you still feel the same.

I am Elara. This is my story. 

A young little girl who hid inside her cupboard, shivering in fear, tried to crawl as much deep inside the closet as she can. She was watching from the small keyhole as her mother cried, hitting her chest. She heard the screaming of her mother.

"No! you can't leave me! No please, no." 

She wanted to comfort her mom but was too scared to even step out of the closet in which she was hiding. 

As she continued to look through the keyhole, her mother made an eye contact with her as if her mother was looking at her soul. "Baby Elara come here," she said, smiling through her tears. 

Elara shook her head for No as an answer.

"Baby, please come here ", her mother cried as her daughter crouched away from her.

Her mother moved towards her to force her out, but everything goes dark and blank.

Elara wakes up and sits on her bed with heavy breathing as if she just jogged in. She took the banker chip from the nightstand and wiped her tears and sweat. 

She went to the bathroom to take a warm bath since yesterday was too exhausting for her; she slept after 3 Am. After a warm bath, she dressed up, but her eyes widened when she looked at the clock.

"Shit "

Elara immediately put all the necessary things in her bag and ran out of the apartment.

She started to run for her destination.

She was late!

She was too exhausted to wake up in the morning, and now she had to bear the consequences.

Panting hard to catch her breath, she finally reached the place where she had to do her job...

After a few seconds, she straightened her back and checked herself on the camera of her phone.

She walked towards the door and stopped by a red-haired man with very sharp and deadly glares.

He looked at the old clock hanging in the kitchen area of the place and smirked.

She is dead!

"Please, sir, please, it was my last time, it won't happen again, please, sir. " She begged on her knees, but the cold-hearted man did not even take a glance at her. 

" look at me bitch. "

" Y-yes? " she said, stuttering—the man smirked. 

He counted some money and as he finished the work, he put the money in his envelope and looked at her.

"Get out ",, he shouted. 

She flinched when the man raised his voice. 

" I-i am very sorry, I w-won't d- " she tried explaining herself even though she was nervous at the time, but the man cut her off. 

" No need. I am already used to your fake promises, Elara. 

Bitch like you don't deserve second chances. "

"get out, I said "

He threw the envelope at her face. 

" That's your full payment for this month. 

You're fired. "

He said in a cold tone and walked past her, but Elara begged him before reaching the door. 

" P-please, I need this job! Please... Just one more chance, please, I need this job. I need money... Please. "

She kneeled and begged in front of him while having tears streaming down her eyes. 

"No. Please, I need this job. Please! "

"Get lost, or I will call the security."

Why are you so stupid, Elara? You lost your job. You are hopeless.

Can this day get worse?

Mia this is really a bad idea. " Elara said to her friend, who was drinking her wine.

They both were at the club. Mia invited her to tag along but she rejected her friends offer. Despite her rejecting the offer, Mia insisted her continuously, and she didn't stop until Elara gave up.

She was not used to a club, and it's too noisy. The loud music, people dancing around, drunkards flirting, and some were showing off themselves.

She was not used to this kind of place.

Since Mia insisted her, she also let her wear a very sexy dress. It was too short, and her chest was a little visible because the dress that Mia gave her was too tight.

She was not used to wearing this kind of dress, and it's made her uncomfortable. Especially the fact that a lot of men were looking at her and checking her out. Some even offered her to dance and drink with them, but she rejected each one of them.

" Mia please let's leave this place. "

" No, it's still too early. Let's enjoy. "

She said and drank her wine.

" How can I enjoy this kind of place? "

 she found a lot of men staring at her, more likely staring with lust. It's really uncomfortable. This men really were a bunch of perverts.

" Mia, let's leave. "

" Oh please. Elara will you stop that? "

She turned her gaze to Mia.

 Mia glared at her and rolled her eyes.

" This girl. Try to wear something sexy so you could have a boyfriend. How can you hide this sexy body that you have? You are beautiful, Elara and sexy.

" But I'm not here for that. I'm here for work you know what happened today and now when i got this job here i don't want to be kicked out of here too. "

Mia sighed and put down her wine. She held her hands tightly and stared straight into her eyes.

" I know Elara. I understand why you are working too hard. But you need a break. Have some fun Elara. For once forget them and enjoy. Okay? You've been working for them for a long time that you have forgotten about yourself. Just once Elara. Be selfish for once. You only live once, so enjoy your life. Okay? "

Mia really knew her too well. Fine, she will give it a try. She will enjoy this night then tomorrow she will find a new job for the sake of her family. And then she is back to her old self.

But tonight, she would forget her problem and enjoy this night.

" Okay. Let's enjoy this party. "

Mia grinned

. Mia hand her some drink and she drank her wine making Mia smile.

" Woohoo! That's my girl! Drink more and have fun. Let's enjoy this party. "

They walked towards the dance floor, and then she started to dance.

Elara chuckled at her friend who is now dancing like a crazy girl. Well, she is drunk, she thought.

  

" She is really drunk. "

She mumbled and drank her wine. She was alone for the whole time until she heard a deep and manly voice behind her.

" Alone? "

She turned her head to look at the owner of the voice. Her eyes were a bit blurry due to her drunken state, but she could tell. The guy Infront of her was handsome.

He was beyond handsome and so hot. She was pretty sure that she was not the only one who was checking him out because she saw a few women staring at the man in front of her. The man was only looking at her. Only her.

She couldn't help herself to admire the man's body. He was wearing a suit, and two buttons were open so she could see his well-toned chest. And it seemed that this guy was working in an office or a company because of his attire. His biceps were showing, and damn, she could tell how strong they were.

 He was too good to be true.

" Done eye-raping me, baby? "

She was snapped out of her thought when she heard his voice. And god, his voice was so sexy.

" Can I help you? What do you want? "

The man in the front smirked and leant closer to her making her move her face backwards.

She could hear his breathing and the smell of his breath. He smelled of alcohol. So this guy was also drunk like her.

" I want you. "

He said in a sexy and seductive voice, making her heart beat faster than it's average speed.

" I'm sorry, but I don't know you. "

" You don't know me? "

She raised her eyebrow at the man.

" No. And why? Do I need to know your name? "

She said in an irritated tone. The man just chuckled.

" Well, I'm surprised to know that a very sexy, beautiful and stunning lady doesn't know my name. "

She blushed at his words. Damn this guy and his mouth!

The guy extended his right arm Infront of her.

" lets make it that way for now? you can call me Liam "

Owen Liam? So that's his name. It fits him.

She accepted his handshake and introduced herself.

" I'm Elara. "

" Elara... Your name suits you, babygirl. "

" Will you stop calling me that? "

 She said a bit irritated at the endearment, but Liam just chuckled in return.

" What? Baby? It suits you. You're my baby. "

She pressed her lips together to hide her smile in front of this drunk man.

" I know you only said that because you are just as drunk as me. "

She said as a matter of fact. Liam just shrugged in return then he sat next to her.

" So... Are you alone? "

" No, I'm with my friend she is there dancing having fun” 

She drank her wine before answering.

As she looked at the dance floor she couldn’t find mia.

" oh where is she ?...I think they left. "

 She pouted.

 She raise her eyebrow at him , “that’s none of your business” she said a little angry.

 " What if someone takes advantage of you? What if I didn't come? "

She was taken aback by his words. It sounded so real. But she knew, he was only drunk . Why would a stranger care for her safety?

Why is he acting like a protective boyfriend? 

"  I can protect myself. "

" Really? So if I do this, what will you do? "

His words made her confused.

" What will you do for me? "

" This. "

He said before capturing her lips and kissed her softly and passionately. She was so shocked at his sudden action that she didn't even kiss him back.

It was so unexpected. She didn't think that a stranger would kiss her. And she let him kiss her, but she didn't kiss him back because she was still shocked. 

Her first kiss!

Before she could react, Liam already pulled away and stared at her. His face was only inches away from her. And she could feel his hot breath on her face.

" What will you do if a guy kisses you like that? "

He whispered seductively while caressing her cheeks softly. She was pretty sure that she was blushing so hard right now. I mean, who wouldn't be? A very handsome-hot guy just kissed her. And she admitted, he was a good kisser. His lips were so soft.

" Why did you do that? Why did you kiss me? "

Liam sighed and caressed her lips.

" Because my heart said so. My heart said to kiss this lady in front of me. And I liked it. I like your lips; it's so soft and addictive. "

She admitted that she liked his kiss too.

" I l-like your kiss too. "

She said honestly while blushing Liam smiled.

" Would you mind if I kiss you again? And when I start to kiss you, I don't know if I can stop myself. I don't even know what I can do to you. But will you let me do it? If not... Then I won't do it. If you don't like it. "

He said, staring into her eyes. He was begging. His eyes were full of lust and desire, and they wanted her. And she wanted him too.

She didn't know why, but she felt the urge to kiss this guy in front of her. And that's what she did.

She kissed him, and she felt him as he was taken aback, but seconds later he kissed her back with full of lust and passion.

She didn't know why she was doing this with the guy she just met, but she felt like it's okay when it comes to him. She felt like she belonged to him.

So she let him take her somewhere.

She didn't care where she was now as long as she was with him. She felt safe when she's with him.

She felt him touching her intimately, but she didn't mind. Her mind was so focused on the guy who was caressing her and making her feel good.

They were kissing for a long time, and then she felt her back pressed on a soft mattress. And that's when she realized.

She was now lying on the bed, naked and the guy above her, hovering over her was  Liam.

She was naked, and so was he.

Liam stared at her for a minute before caressing her cheeks.

" You are so beautiful, Elara. "

His statement made her blush. She was about to respond to him when he smashed his lips on her and kissed her roughly yet passionately.

She liked these kind of kisses from him.

She moaned when his lips dropped on her neck; licking and sucking it, leaving his love bite.

" Your moans... It's so sexy. "

He said seductively, biting his bottom lip. Without knowing, she spread her own legs and wrapped it around his waist and pulled him closer to her.

Her breath hitched when she felt his hard-erected manhood on her hole.

He was so hard.

His d*ck was big and long.

" I want you, Liam. "

She said, staring straight into his eyes. And she knew this guy felt the same. They both wanted each other.

She wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him down to capture his lips.
