Chapter 30: True Identity

Miren responded by saying: “After I took you to my mother's grave, you had to leave and not come to see me again. Today's incident is as if it never happened, our relationship is not worth mentioning."

Drake gave it some thought for a second, and then he nodded.

With incredible speed, Drake picked up Miren and moved her as directed. Miren was being tightly hugged by him, but she was unable to do anything, so her face was contorted into an extremely angry expression.

Drake's strong arms wrapped around Miren's waist, carried her close to him, and then flew into the air and moved quickly.

Miren has already had the experience of moving through the air at such an incredible speed; however, this was when she was playing with Dylan but was when she was playing with Dylan, not in a situation of being forced to perform like Drake. Because she isn't sure if she can keep her composure long enough to continue talking to Drake, Miren just wants to get this over with as quickly as possible.
