Chapter 8- Can't Resist

"Who the heck is that man, anyway? Didn't even express gratitude!" Claire said and walk to her room upset. She feigned to be gullible to let that visitor in, whose name she remembered to be Jacob because up until this point she couldn't believe it herself. His name certainly sounded like a devilish individual with no manners and didn't even get a chance to thank her for Claire's assistance.
