Two days passed since Marcus left for the Wind Pack, and I got no word from him. He called me when he got to the area but had remained silent since then. I was worried because I did not expect the fight to take this long. Not knowing what was going on made me very uneasy. I tried to get Alfred to give me an update, but he claimed to be ignorant of the situation. Deep down inside me, I knew he was lying, but I couldn't prove it, so I waited.

I was sleeping when Alfred knocked on my door the third day. He was frantic, and I knew something was wrong.

"Luna Gwen," he said, trying to figure out how to place his words, and I knew something had happened. I began to shake immediately. Leah was unstable, and it affected me.

"I need to get you to safety," he confessed.

"Why?" I asked him as calmly as I could manage, and he didn't know how to put his words, "Just say it, Alfred!" I snapped at him impatiently.
