Chapter sixteen

Carella sat back in the car and took several deep breaths before she hopped out with Brian and Mark by her side.

She soon forgot that there was a black car following them when she stopped infront of the small herb shop.

She reached her right hand out and Brian took it in his little ones and stepped closer to his mom. When Brian was close enough, she handed her bag to Mark and bent down to pick her son in her arms. She held him tight on her right hip and nodded her head for Mark to walk in. Since Carella wasn't using her white cane, Mark led her in with his hand at her back.

When the door of the shop opens, the little bell at the top of the door rings, notifing the woman that someone had walked in.

The blind woman turned her head to the direction of the door and waited to hear the voice of her customer.

Carella stayed in silence for a while, not knowing what to say. She had known this woman at the most desperate part of her life and yet, she had not once came

    James and Donald are standing in the herb shop with shock washing their faces."What the hell happened here?"Donald asked one of the agaents when they came close to them."I don't know. Sophia was never the kind of person that creates enemies or even upsets people.     Heather stood infront of the beautiful curvy gate and took a deep breath. Once she walks in, she will face the wrath of the cold and indifferent lady.
