I realised that this case put me under a lot of pressure. It felt like trust, truth and lies were all mixed together.

I searched for David online and found a video of him that seemed to implicate him in illegal activities.

The video showed a man dressed all in black standing around organising several people moving large brown boxes. The person is presumed to be David, while the boxes are presumed to contain methamphetamine.

I pressed the pause button at the ten-second mark, and the figure of the man in black stopped on the screen. Then, I zoomed in on the screen, making half his face clear, and I compared the shape of his nose and the look in his eyes to David's face in the picture of his face in another article.

I looked out the window. The windows of the car behind us were smashed. People were running, panicking.“Stay away, ma'am,” one of the bodyguards said as he got out of the car. He turned his head right and left before finally approaching the rear car. I could see the bodyguard standing in the middle of the crowd, as if assessing the situation.A few seconds later he returned to the car with an expression that was hard to guess.“What happened?” I asked. Curiosity and fear mixed together.“It's all right, ma'am,” he said, as if trying to reassure me. Then he took a mobile phone out of his pocket and handed it to me.“What's this for?” I asked hesitantly be

It was something else. But, what?I lay on the sofa, trying to work out what had happened, but I couldn't work out any of it. I tried to pick up the fallen items one by one, and there was a thumping sound from the bathroom door as if someone was opening it. I turned my head quickly, my breath catching. I could see a shadow in front of my eyes, and it looked like a man wearing a hat.My heart was beating fast.I tried to back away, but my body felt stiff. The light from the room lamp fell on the floor, making his silhouette appear even clearer.'Drrt...' He pushed the door slowly, which made the atmosphere even more tense. I stood still. The main door was more than ten steps away from where I stood. The door was locked. As footsteps came from the bathroom, I ran towards the main door, unlocking it quickly.I looked around, and saw that he was chasing me. He was running fast, holding a knife. It looked like he wanted to stab me. But just as he was about to catch me, the door opened. In

“I'm going to tell you something that no one else will ever know,” David said as he walked into my messy room. ”But first, we have to go.” He picked up the empty suitcase next to my bed, placing it on the mattress and unlocking it.“Where?” I asked, curious.“Somewhere safe.”I rolled my eyes, as if I was bored with those words. “Where is that safe place?” I asked. '”ou and your bodyguards always say it's safe, safe, safe, but I'm still in danger.”He didn't answer. I was still standing next to him, watching him carelessly put my clothes into the suitcase.“Definitely not here, Hanna.” David looked at me. “Aren't

The car stopped right in front of a wooden house with many plants on each side. After I got out of the car, a man who was quite old stood in front of the door. He had a bushy black beard and some grey hair. There were guards all around the house. I went over to the man, who smiled warmly as if he had been expecting me for a long time. "Welcome, Miss Harper," he said as he held out his hand. I returned the handshake. “Come in.”I followed her into the house, while my two bodyguards waited at the front. As I looked around, I saw that the house was beautiful and warm. It had high ceilings with wooden beams, and a classic chandelier. There were also some abstract paintings on the walls. In one corner, there was a fireplace that was barely lit, and it was warm and cosy. The walls were lined with bookshelves, and some of the books were about medicine. “I love books,” he said, as if he knew what I was thinking. “And I am a doctor. That's why there are so many books about the medical wo

That night, the crystal chandeliers from inside the building glowed softly, reflecting the light off the fancy dress that wrapped my body.As the car door opened, I got out gracefully, letting the bottom of my dress touch the ground for a moment before I stood up straight. The night air was warm, mixed with the smell of expensive perfume and wine coming from inside.I stood in front of the large doors guarded by security guards and breathed in gently. The reporters, including Jack, were locked outside the fence and weren't allowed to cover the situation inside. I took a moment to check my earrings were in place, making sure everything was perfect before stepping inside. As soon as I entered the room, I was greeted by the sight of a glittering chandelier on the ceiling and the sound of guests chatting and a small orchestra playing classical music in the corner. Important people were walking around with champagne glasses, talking about business, politics and other exclusive matters.I saw

A few minutes later, David came out of the room, looking annoyed, but also like he couldn't do anything about it.“He wants to meet you,” he whispered to me. His jaw tightened and it was obvious he was upset.I frowned. ”Your father?”He nodded, but his hands were clenched so tightly that his knuckles turned white. In an instant, he punched the wall beside him, not hard enough to make a loud noise, but enough to show how frustrated he was.I moved closer, speaking quietly. “David, what happened?”He shook his head and looked away. “Nothing.”“Should I go?” I asked, feeling nervous.

Strange faces looked at me, with a mixture of curiosity and suspicion. I stared at them, feeling a heavy weight pressing against my chest. In the third photo, there was a line of doctors in white coats standing in a formal-looking formation.I looked closely at their faces. Then, on the far left, there was Dr.John.I quickly opened my laptop. I opened the article I had read about the doctors from Greece who were sent home suddenly. The photos of the five doctors in the article were the same as the five Greek doctors in the photo I was holding.I covered my mouth with my hand, unable to believe what I had found. "How long has she been lying here?" I asked, sitting on a chair beside the little girl’s bed. My hand gripped her tiny fingers tightly, stroking them gently as I gazed at her face full of pity."Five months," David replied.I turned to David, looking at him with hope. "Will she survive?"David shifted his gaze to the little girl. One second, two seconds, his mouth seemed ready to speak, but something held him back, as if he was hesitant."Maybe," he said.I frowned. "Maybe? That’s all you can say?""Hanna, I’ve done everything to get her out of that place. Her body even responded well to the vaccine I gave her. But I don’t know how long she will last."I turned away. Talking to David made me feel like I was sinking deeper into a circle I never should have entered. The sound of the monitor echoed in the silent room. "What is this place?"I stepped inside, my gaze sweeping across the room. Past the main entrance, a large glass wall stood before me, allowing a full view inside. A laboratory. A fume hood buzzed with ongoing experiments, while shelves lined with bottles and test tubes filled with colorful liquids occupied the space. Bright white lights reflected off the stainless steel surfaces dominating the workstations.David walked to a brown cabinet at the far end of the room, pulling out a white lab coat along with gloves and a mask."Put this on," he said, handing me a full protective suit.I hesitated before taking it. "What are we doing?"David slipped into his lab coat, fastening the buttons as he let out a deep sigh. "Answering your questions about this place."I remained silent, staring at the lab coat in my hands with confusion. My eyes shifted between it and David, who was already securing his mask in place."Do I… really have to wear this?" I asked hesitantly.David stepped closer witho

"Is it hurt?" David asked in a low voice, almost a whisper. His hand gently brushed over the red wound on my neck, as if carefully examining each mark. The dim light cast soft shadows on the walls, creating an intimate and thoughtful atmosphere. I lay there, my face slightly lowered, while David, lying beside me, observed the faint wound with a worried expression.I took a slow breath before giving a slight nod. "A little."For a moment, our eyes locked, and in that silence, there was something deeper than words. I could see the concern in his eyes—so genuine, so real. Slowly, David lowered his head, pressing his lips gently against my forehead, as if trying to soothe any pain I might be feeling.I closed my eyes, letting that warmth seep into my chest, calming something that had long felt sore."I hope everything will be alright," I murmured, my voice barely above a whisper. The car stopped at the service area. A bodyguard who had been sitting in the front seat shifted his position and was now sitting next to me. His movements were calm, but there was something in his eyes that made me wary.“What's going on?” I asked, trying to sound casual. The bodyguard didn't answer immediately. He pulled a box from the back of the chair, opened it and pulled out a pair of handcuffs.“Sorry, ma'am. This is an order.”He cuffed both my hands, then pulled the chain and locked it to the car door handle.“What are you doing?!” I shouted, panicked and confused.“When we get there you can ask Mr.David.” He said casually but firmly. In addition to the handcuffs, he pulled a black kalin out of the box. Then he pulled the cloth over my face and shut my eyes tightly.“What the hell are you doing?!” I struggled, panicking, trying to pull my hands away, but to no avail. The cuffs were tight. Before I could scream again, the cloth had shut my eyes, completely blocking my vision. It
