Chapter 132

Sarah came back into the room with carrot soup; it was steaming hot, and the aroma filled the room as she came in. My nose and my taste buds were already dancing to the tune of the aroma.

As Sarah set the bowl of soup down in front of me, I couldn't help but take a deep breath and inhale the delicious scent. The soup was a beautiful orange colour, and I could see bits of carrot and other vegetables floating in the broth. I couldn't wait to taste it! I picked up the spoon and took a small bite, and the flavour was incredible. The soup was perfectly seasoned, and the carrots were cooked to perfection.
