91 - To live

Naya's eyes widened, her heart racing as she slowly looked up to see Kael standing beside her, his usual arrogant smile softened by a hint of concern. A single tear slid down her cheek, and as Kael’s smile faded, his expression grew cold, especially when another voice cut through the air.

"Even until the end, you're still weak," Alfredo sneered. "I raised you, trained you, and you can't even complete your mission! If you're not going to do it, then I will! Men, kill the heir! Bring me his head!"

At Alfredo's command, the soldiers of the Light Shadow Pack, along with the remaining Midnight Seven, charged forward.

Zeke, knowing how much Luna Alicia wanted to protect Billy—Ruben—leapt into the fray, defending him and fighting alongside the Crimson Stone Pack soldiers. Kael soon joined the battle, shifting into his wolf form and tearing through the Light Shadow Pack members with lethal precision. The two brothers fought side by side until Kael confronted Alfredo.

"So, you're her father?"
Cay Middlemist

Hello, everyone! Author Cay here. I want to sincerely thank all of you who read Unhinged Alpha’s Slave Mate. Your support truly motivate me to keep writing, and I’m so grateful you stuck with Kael and Naya’s journey to the end. Their story wasn’t easy—they both faced darkness, shaped by harsh environments and self-destructive tendencies. But together, they found hope and light, proving that survival isn’t just about strength; it’s about having someone by your side through everything. That’s the core message I wanted to share: hope and healing through love. Is this the end? Maybe not! Keep an eye out for a possible sequel. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this story or ideas for future ones, so feel free to share. Thank you once again! I hope you enjoyed the journey, and may you find your own “Tree Nut” who’ll always stand by you.
