Alessandro cried last night.

He let me hold him as he cried. He allowed me to show him how much I'd be here for me. He allowed me to simply wipe his tears away. And for a man like Alessandro, allowing someone else to see you that vulnerable, was passing a whole other level in a relationship.

I was finally able to see how hurt he was over our loss and it hurt me. It hurt me to know he thought the loss of our baby was his fault. I was glad I was able to be there for him, even if it meant me hugging him silently.

That moment we shared in his office and his bedroom was a moment we would remember forever. It was in those exact moments where I saw only his grey eyes looking at me with so much love. It was in those moments where I saw that I only wanted that man to spend the rest of my life with. He showed me the saddest side of him and I couldn't be more happier.
