Chapter 32

"Anna and Ben are going to meet us there." I slide the shower curtain aside to peek out at Elliot who is shaving his face over the sink. "What time do you think we should leave?"

Elliot shrugs and turns off the electric razor, tapping it against the sink. I watch the hair clippings fly onto the counter top. Elliot puts the razor down but fails to clean up the stray hairs.

I scrunch my nose. "You're disgusting."

Elliot looks at me and grins. "Yeah, but you love it." He brushes the soap off of my forehead and kisses me. He undresses and joins me under the hot water, sliding his hands along the wet curves of my body.

"To answer your question, we should leave by five," Elliot says.

I turn to face him and reach up, wrapping my hands around his neck. "I'm excited to see Anna, and for her to get to know you better."

"I won't be known as the stranger who crashed her wedding anymore." Elliot teases.
