23. Soccer Challenge with Seniors

Days passed and now it's been a week but there is no sign of Shawn at all. Two days ago at least he answered her call and said he has a surprise for her which is somehow related to the question she asked him that day. But after that his phone is off till now and she doesn't have any news of him. She tried to ask her dad and even Shane but all they said was, "He is busy with some work and is out of town. No one knows where he is and when he will be back".

I wonder if he has always been like this or it's just me acting a bit crazy after knowing that he has some surprise for me. But I don't know why the uneasiness I felt that day is unnecessarily just eating me up. I am feeling anxious and my heart gets heavy every now and then thinking about him and me aka 'US'. I feel like something big is going to happen, so big that it will change my life drastically.
