The offer I'd made to Maya haunted me as I got ready for the party.
I'd really needed her help and the girl had looked about bailing on me and I'd had no choice.
Now I have to find a way to get my 'mule head' captor to dance with innocent looking Maya who's obviously eating her heart out on him.
The things I get myself into though.
I sighed as I pulled the dress I'd been given down my body.
Whoever this Amelia is, she must have some sort of magic or amazing sixth sense to have gotten my perfect size.
The dress looked beautiful and if I was the girlie girl type, I'd have fawned over all the intricacies and complicated but beautiful designs she'd put on this.
I only have minutes counting down from the time I'd been given.
Don't even ask what I'd done with the first hour.
