Prologue

The sound of thunder and lightning clashed In the dark sky, rain poured down hard and cold onto the ground and rooftops below. The weather seemed to feel how the two people felt below, angry and Nonstopping as the fight continued. 

Fists slammed into each other and blood fell to the ground, the two men wrestled each other and punched and kicked. They glared at each other with hate and malice, circling each other like lions waiting to strike. One man just wanted to protect his love and his company, the other wanted to destroy him and take his company and all his wealth. 

“Why are you doing all this? I've never done anything to you” said Jonathan as he glared over at the other man 

“Isn't it obvious old friend I hate you I always hated you, you had everything handed down to you. I worked my way to the top and it's just not fair, for you to have everything with no problem. I want everything and to see you crumble” said Jake glaring with hate and rage 

Jake lunged forward and threw a punch at him, Jonathan blocked with ease and punched him hard making him stumble back. Jake wiped his nose which was dripping with blood. This made Jake more upset as he ground his teeth, the Rain seemed to pour down on them harder.

“It's fine to hate me but I never asked for any of this, but it was given to me and I'll be damn if I let you take it. Oh and you should have never messed with my women” said Jonathan angry and clenching his jaw 

Jonathan rushed forward and hit Jake with a few blows to the body. They exchanged hit after hit both filled with hate and rage, Jake managed to pin Jonathan to the wall. Jonathan blocked the blows the best he could.

“I don't give a damn the way I see it, she was my little boost to help set my plan In Motion to get to you. Now after I get rid of you then I'll take your company, and hey I'll even take her as well she isn't so bad to look anyway” said Jake smiling evilly with blood dripping down his face 

Jonathan glared back and soon headbutted him and pushed him, then threw two punches and knocked him back then tackled the male off a ledge. Jonathan caught himself before he fell, and Jake cought his leg and hung onto him.

Jonathan clutched the slippery edge as tight as he could, his grip was slowly giving out and the weight of Jake wasn't helping. Jonathan's grip gave out and he fell, the wind blew past him and suddenly everything faded to black. He could hear a familiar voice scream before he blacked out. 

Jonathan could only think of that one special person, images of her and her voice echoed in his mind. Marley Brown was her name and one person He'd always think of and cherish forever, even as his vision faded and mind slowly drifted away and sirens got louder and louder.
