Chapter 855

Yvette glanced in the direction of the sound, realizing it came from Kiki's tent. Without knowing that Jeana was now inside, she hurried over.

"Kiki, what happened?" she called out.

As soon as Yvette asked that, Jeana ran out of the tent, her eyes wide with fear. Jeana pointed back inside, breathlessly exclaiming, "There's a snake!"

Her scream roused the other campers, who began emerging from their tents.

"What's going on?" Ray, the first to step out, asked. He looked fully dressed and ready for the day. He'd likely risen early but stayed in his tent since everyone else had still been asleep.

Ignoring Yvette, Jeana rushed straight to Ray. "Mr. Septer, there's a snake in the tent!"

Yvette didn't pay much attention to Jeana's actions. She assumed that Kiki had been kind enough to share her tent with Jeana the previous night.

With Jeana now out, Yvette worried that Kiki was still inside and would be bitten by the snake.

"Kiki!" Yvette called out cautiously as she pulled aside the
