Chapter 854

Standing outside, Jeana was so cold that she was shivering. Frustration built up inside her as she waited for Tristan to call her back inside the tent.

When she finally walked to his tent, she saw that the zipper was pulled tight from the inside. It was clear that everyone inside was already asleep. Even the oil lamp had been extinguished.

She immediately stomped her foot in anger.

Since Kiki was inside with Tristan, she had no choice but to make her way to the neighboring tent. Without a sleeping bag, the mountain's chill enveloped her. She curled up inside the tent, trying to warm herself with the few clothes she had brought along. She had never felt this miserable before.
