Chapter 414

"Do you want to build a snowman?" Xavier suddenly asked.

He remembered that Yvette liked the snow a lot. She used to enjoy building snowmen like any other child. However, he'd thought that it was childish back then.

Yvette had never expected him to suggest the idea, and her eyes lit up for a second. Then, they dimmed once more. "No. It's too cold outside. Besides, it's childish."

Xavier's heart skipped a beat.

Yvette went back into the room. "I'm going to rest now. Please get out."

She'd thought he'd insist on staying like he had the previous night. However, he unexpectedly left the room as he was told.
