Tycelyn's POV

From my eyes the room became empty and I could hear just my heavy breath in this room, it was just the two of us standing there, my eyes were on him while his eyes were on someone else. I followed his eyes and saw he was staring deep into Anthony's eyes.

My breath became light and I stumbled backward a bit, I was happy that he was alive and I didn't kill him but at the same time unsettled for some reason.

"I thought he was long dead," Daphne said, bringing me out of my own world.

"Huh?" I wanted her to say what she had just said.

"I just thought maybe Anthony might have killed him or something like that," Daphne repeated what she had said and I nodded my head unconsciously.

"He could have just stayed out of the country, Anthony will surely kill him this time around," I turned to see who had made that statement and it was one of Anthony's henchmen back then in school.

They weren't his Henchmen anymore but they were still close to him and ran errands for him.
