The Tipping point

Mia’s POV

“Sure I can. You would have to wait for a few minutes. I need to wrap up all the pending orders” the Bartender said with a smile on his face. Natalia’s life was on the line here, I just couldn't wait another minute. Azek And I sat at the empty table close to the bar stand.

I threw a quick gaze at Azek, his countenance was pale. I just looked at him in pity. His confidence was giving out. I could feel his heart growing heavy from all the drama we had been experiencing for the past two days.

Forty-eight hours had passed, and we were yet to see our boys or Natalia. The two most loved and important people in our lives. This was a total nightmare. As I closed my eyes to pray and hope that it would be over soon, Azek held my hand tightly, and I raised my gaze at him. His eyes sparkled with dwindling hope.
