Chapter 33: This is Not Right

Bryson moved his hand and realized he was not alone. He frowned and turned on the bedside lamp. When he turned to look, he came face to face with Dede's sleeping face. He stared at her for a while and wondered why she was sleeping in his room again. He wanted to leave the room but his body will not respond to him. Dede moved her body slightly drawing his attention to her. He turned to stare at her again. Her face was inches away from his. He slowed his breathing not wanting to wake her. With so much on his mind and being tipsy, he was not sure when he drew closer after admiring her face for a while under the dim light. He had kissed her before and he never forgot the taste of her lips. The urge drew his desire to the surface. He kissed her and Dede opened her eyes and moved backwards seeing Bryson in her bed.

"Sir," Dede whispered.

"Ssh," Bryson said placing his hand on his lips.

Dede realized immediately he was drunk. She got out of bed and Bryson's gaze followed her as she went
