We are done

~After one week~

Arthur reported to the police after he didn’t hear from Aurora for four days. Since he reported, the police have been working hard to find her, but it has yet to yield any success.

Arthur was down in worry and refused to talk or see anyone. He would lock himself up in his room, thinking of how messed up his life was.

‘If only she could come back and let me explain.” He thought, with his head lowered in sadness.

Just then, he heard the doorbell ring from his room, but he ignored it. Carter, Derick, and some other friends of his had been visiting him frequently to check up on him, even though he refused to see them.

Theo went to get the door and when he opened it, to his greatest surprise, it was Aurora, standing at the door.

“Aurora!” He yelled in surprise, and Arthur’s ears caught her name.

“Aurora?!” His eyes widened as he sprang up to his feet and ran out of his room, heading to the living room.

“Hi, Theo.” She uttered coldly, walking into the house.
