Chapter 180

IZZY POV

I was feeling restless.  My dream had done more than give me excitement and hope.  It gave me energy.

I bounded out of bed and got dressed in real clothing for the first time in a week.  I had been living in sweatpants and hoodies for most of that time, ignoring everyone as much as I could. I decided I was going to go surprise my mates in their office, but first I was going to say hi to my boys.

“Mom!” Axl shouted, running to me and throwing himself in my arms.  I had gently knocked on the door, not sure if they would hear me since I could hear their gaming devices.  I should have known that Axl would have his nose in a book instead of playing whatever popular game the other two were enjoying.

“Hey, son,” I said, ruffling his hair.  “Just checking up on you guys.”

“You can come in,” he said, eagerly, opening the door.  I saw that they had drawn the curtains
