Blaze leans closer to the screen, his eyes searching hers. "Tell me, Astrid. Whatever it is, we'll get through it together."

Her heart aches at his words, the depth of his love and commitment only amplifying her guilt. "I've hurt you, Blaze. I've done something unforgivable."

Blaze's face tenses, a shadow of worry crossing his features. "Astrid, you're scaring me. Please, just tell me."

"I… I can't say it over the phone," she whispers, her voice breaking. "I need to tell you in person, tomorrow when you get back."

Blaze's eyes were filled with concern and confusion, but he nodded slowly. "Alright. We'll talk tomorrow. Don't overthink it."
