Inside the currently assaulted Pearl City, thanks to the city itself being a hazard to it’s own people, at the early morning, the inhabitants of the city tend to not leave their house at all, only those that are working at the dock and the fishing ships were the one that were out in the city street as they had to work in the early morning.
