Chapter 12 I should play with them instead

The next day.

Early in the morning Jate had already prepared the meal for his family. He prepared everything that what else to be needed, then Angela got woken up, she rushed immediately to the bathroom to take a shower. After taking a bath, she feels refreshed.

Jate waved his hand, "come let's it now."

She smiled as usual and replied "okay".

After eating, Jate cleaned the table and take plates and dishes to the kitchen to wash.

A few minuteslater, Angela is done preparing all of her files and things and ready to go work.

Jate quickly took her bag, and the files, she was confused, because Jate didn't usually do it in the past.

"What are you doing?" she asked.

"Nah! I'll take care of this okay? I will carry this instead of you because it's too heavy for you" he answered smiling.

"From now on, I will accompany, and send you to work every day. It's my new duty." He said.

"What on earth did you ate lately that you've suddenly doing these all sort of things?" She questioned him.

"Nothing, I just want to express my sincerity to my beloved wife." He replied teasing her, and Angela's face turns red.

"Stop talking cringy nonsenses! Lets go,!" She said embarrassly.

The two of them ride with his Ebike and went to the company. As expected it's cold.

The wind passes through their skin luckily Angela is sitting behind him, she leaned and holds him tightly. The weather had changed, its winter season already. Is he planning to get a new car to give Angela a comportable daily ride intead of his middle aged Ebike?

Meanwhile Jate already realized that he should get already a new car for his wife, but what should he do and what to explain where did he get the money for buying a new car?

Then a moment after they arrived at the company. When he already parked his Ebike to the right side of the building, a loud muffler roars out of the street.

A black BMW appeard in front of them, he was none other than John Winston, cousin of Angela from his second uncle.

John got out of his fancy car, when he saw Jate his face frowned, he dislike him as always whenever he sees him.

"What a disgusting sight, why don't you divorce this piece of trash already? And find a better guy to give you a better life that you wished for when we where child, so that you can live better life peacefully".

"How many times I would to tell you that I won't divorce him no matter what?" She replied in annoyance.

John frowned. "You!" He raised his palm to slap her but, Jate grabbed his hand tightly. "You bastard!" Let go of my hand"! He pull his hands to let go but he can't, Jate gripped his hands tightly until it gets hurt. John's face turned  in pain. Then Jate suddenly let go his grip on his hands, John's right hands got swollen and almost broken.

"If you dare to hurt my wife in front of me again, then don't blame me for being impolite!" He said coldly to him.

"You! Just you wait!  You bastard!" John said angrily, as he crawled in pain. After this, Angela is felt uneasy because of what happened, she thought that John would not let this easily off that he might take a revenge on her husband.

"She stared at Jate, do you think he can get you off easily like this? I'm afraid that he would take his action soon!" She said worriedly and looked at his eyes."

"Don't worry honey. I have a way for this and I am well prepared no matter what he planneds out."  He said comporting his wife and wipe her tears running down on her face.

"Did he really think that I would let him easily off? Of course not just he wait I'm gonna make him pay for this!" John blurted inside of his car.

At the moment, Jate stayed again in her office, as expected he laid lazily on the sofa on her office, but Angela felt comportable watching him asleep, she smiled as she looks at him.

"This dumb husband of mine are always doing unexpected, I don't know if I already know him completely. As grandfather said he was an orphan, and homeless person, but things getting changed drastically he always surprises me off. As I thought he was not an ordinary man just pretending to looked like in pathetic way. But why I felt that I slowly falling for him."

Angela's curiousness started passively, and her heart that hard as rock slowly fading and turning softly towards him, she couldn't help it.

A few hours had passed, she worked her job hard to assist her head department leader for this important project.

To solve the problem of the company, if they makes it successfully then they can pay their huge debts, And prevent the total breakdown of the company.

At the moment, Jate's phone rang, it's a call from Celine. On the other side "Mr. Woods are you busy right now? Please come to the office immediately I have something important to to tell you."

"Is it so important that badly?" Jate's asked.

"Yes Sir I want to know your answer in person."

"Ok I'll come."

Then Jate said he'll go home for do some household, Angela agreed as she hear what he said.

"I'm going now please make a call if you need me okay?"

"Uhmm" as she nodded.

Jate immediately left the building and went to the company, a few minutes later, he arrived at the entrance of the company, all of the securities including head chief of the guard welcomed him. As soon as they saw him they immediately bowed and greet him obediently. He smirked and nodded on them. Looks like They were afraid of him, then he walked and entered the elevator going to his office.

Meanwile when he arrived and entered to his office, a few minutes later someone knock the door three times, upon hearing this, he said "come in!"

Then Celine entered the room, she saw Jate sitting on his chair, she bowed and greet him immediately,. "Good morning Mr. Woods!"

He nooded, and asked. "What's this important matter that you want to discuss with me?"

"Sir, it is all about the partnership proposal of the Winston group." She replied.

"You mean Alice Winston?" He said coldly.

"Yes Mr. Woods!" She replied.

"What a coincidence' that lowly slut materialistic woman is my Grandmother in law!" He said coldly.

Celine was shocked when she heard those words! She couldn't believed that he became a lowly and humiliated son in law of the family, she heard all of that rumors, on the past but she didn't mind that he's just the man who have the same name as him but now that person is unexpectedly Mr. Woods.

Her face darkened and she want to terminate the proposal to them.

"Mr. Woods do you want me to terminate it?" She asked angrily.

"No! Don't do that for now I want to play with them first. I should play with them, and I have something I want you to do."

Celine immediately replied " "What is it Sir?" 

"I want you to reject any representative from them, you should accept one representative instead she's my one and only wife Angela Winston". She's been bullied and humiliated by her own blood relatives so I want you to pick her!" As he said Celine immediately nodded and agreed to what Mr. Woods wants.

"It is getting more interesting ha ha ha ha ha!", as he said as she smirk.

Each of the executives is chosen by their grandma preparing an an files that'd be prensented on the interview, she chooses her favorite reliable grandsons and executives to get and present the company and get the contract as soon as possible.

The old lady was too greedy to get the contract, but she didn't know what Mr. Woods ploting against them.

Can they get in touch with Mr. Woods company? If they failed all of their time efforts to get the contract would be wasted.

At the same time.

Sky Islands hotel, some wealthy family who where booking at the hotel heard a simple rumors and began spreading. 

That rumor spread on the entire city, someone manage to booked the whole venue of the most luxurious hall in the Sky Island it's called Heaven's ground, only few most wealthy people manage to booked this area.

Its all costs around several millions of dollar to fully booked the entire area. It is the most expensive and most luxurious.

Then suddenly the hotel announced that in two days someone will be celebrating their wedding anniversary here. The one who managed booked the supreme area. 

All of the people around were completely shocked, and amazed as well, he truly loved his wife for spending a huge amount of money for this only occassion. All of the womens who heard the news felt jealous about it, they were dreaming that she/ they could be the one.

This rumours arrived and found out by the winston family, all of the young lady new generations felt jealous as well because a lucky girl manage to win this young mysterious young man's heart to her. All of them cursing that lady, and expecting they'll be the one on that place.

Old lady Winston were shocked also that they will celebrating a anniversary, if they were not married, she will do anything to get this man's heart one of her grand daughters. But in the end the one who will celebrating it is her own blood related grand daughter Angela.

"If he's not married we have a chance to become top tier family here in eastblue, if we manage to destroy their relationship all of you that singles young ladies here prepare your self to attract that mysterious young rich man!" she said greedily,

"Yes mom. well do anything to get in touch to this young richman"! Drake added father of John and Dennise.

"Yes all of us now will competitors, no matter who win we still cousins okay?" Dennise added

 "Yeah all of us who ever wins she wins"...

All of them dennise beauty's is far superior than any of the young girls generation. But compared to Angela she's nothing.

Someone blurted "What about angela?"

Dennise frowned. "Stop the crap Don't bother with her!"

"She's already married into a useless piece of trash so  it doesn't matter anyway, so any of us, we might still have a chance! Ha ha ha h!"

"Yeah your right she's married." Ha ha ha ha ah!"

Alice didn't know about it, if she found out about this what steps she will do againts that rich man". Will she swallow her high pride?

The one she humiliated this past years is non other than Jate, could she apologize to him? If she found out what is his true identity?

Will Jate accept if she truly begs for it? We know that Jate hates her very much and cursing her to death!

Its all depends on Angela's decisions if she want to save her own wicked and selfish blood relatives.

Then suddenly Angela sneezed!

"Are you alright?" Jate ask worriedly.

"I'm alright, I just feel a little bit cold, lets go home? It's getting late anyway." she replied holding in her arms felt cold.

"Ok ok lets go!" Then the two of them went home from the office.
