Chapter 11 Bracelet

Meanwhile after he introduced his identity, he quietly called Celine and their lawyer to come over at the hotel.

He wants to change and upgrade the hotel to a seven star hotel in next few months.

As the time passed, the news regarding to it spread all over the city that a mysterious rich young man bought the luxurious six star hotel on cash.

That means every influencial groups start discussing on how to get near and get favor to this mysterious rich young master.

On the next five days later I want to surprise my wife Angela for our seventh wedding anniversary. I couldn't imagine that all of those years have been fulfilled, in the passed six years being together we celebrated it in a simple way, and sometimes we don't celebrated it because of  some financial problems.

But now, I don't have to worry about this anymore. I will promise I won't let Angela feel down again.

I bought this hotel for no reason, I just bought it because I felt so irritated on that dumb bitch manager.

I can take Angela here whenever I want and even I'm willing to gave it to her as a gift of my loved for her. Anyways, its not a big deal to me. it's just I spent a small amount of money.

Then my phone suddenly rang, It's a call from angela.

"Hello."

"Jate, I'm done here. Please come and fetch me up."

After a few minutes.

I saw her approaching at the exit of the building, I called her, then she noticed me. I smiled and get all of things that she carried in her hands.

I carried all of her things and went home. We're so lucky because this fast few days no one of her cousins troubled us, maybe they are so busy preparing a luxurious gifts for their grand mother's birthday.

"Jate can you help me find a perfect  and suitable gift for Grandma's birthday?" She said.

"Okay." I quickly replied. "Where do you want to go to buy a gift for grandma?"

"I'm thinking about going to department a store, so what about it? Can we?" She asked with a pleading looks in her eyes.

"Okay."

Then we stopped a cab and went to the department store in the City center. It's largest shopping mall in the city.

The two of them went to the largest shopping mall in the city, Angela was planning to surprise her grandma, but she suddenly realized that her grandma preferred a luxurious gifts.

Jate noticed Angela's downed face.

"Oh why are you sad? What happend?"

"I don't think if grandma will accept my gift, and  I can't afford to buy a luxurious item here."

Jate holds her hand. "Silly girl, Don't feel down, what's more important here is you will give her a gift you bought with your own choice."

"Don't worry about it, I'll take care all the expenses, just buy whatever you want."

Angela were confused. "What? You don't even have the money, it's too expensive here."

"You don't worry, I have some extra earnings here we'll use it."

"No. Don't use that, it's your money after al-..."

Jate stopped her and said. "I've already made up my mind, you don't have to worry about it."

After a whil, the both of them walk around and Angela suddenly saw a jade bracelet, when she's near and barely touch it, the sales lady slap her hand.

"Stop, Don't touch that, this is the most precious and expensive item here." The sales lady blurted.

Then she stared to both of them from up to down and noticed that the of them are just an ordinary passers.

"Do you know how much is this? I'm afraid if you damaged while touching it, you can't afford to pay this, even if you work for the rest of your life." She said.

Angela's face turned to red for embarassment.

While Jate frowned. "Dear, do you want it?" Then Angela looked at him.

"Well,  then it's settled.  I'll buy it, for you."

Angela was shocked and looked at him. "No, it's a bit expensive, and it cost almost around three thousand dollar.

The sales lady frowned and suddenly laugh. "Stop bluffing. You want to buy it? How arrogant, you can't even buy a decent clothes yet you want to buy it?"

Angela grabbed Jate's hand. "Let's leave immediately, I don't want that Jade bracelet anymore."

Jate insisted to stay inside that store, because he's so familliar with this store's name.

Then a suddenly the an elegant lady entered the store. She is the manager of this branch, she has been promoted a year ago.

"What's going on here?" She asked the sales lady, as sales lady greeted her and says, "Ma'am this two beggar here insisting to buy our most precious and expensive Jade bracelet she even almost ruined it."

The manager widened her eyes, and frowned. "What? Are you an idiot? Do you know what is it?" Then the Manager walked towards Angela, and raised her hands to slap her but Jate suddenly grabbed the Manager's hand.

"You bastard! You dare to touch me! Just you wait!"  She quickly called the guards. While she's calling the guard while Jate immediately sent a text message to Celine to give him the information and background identity of this Imperial Jade Store.

After a while Jate recieved the information from Celine. "This store is one of the branches of your family Jewelery store here in Eastblue..." Sir what happened? Can I help you?"

"Yes, call the General manager and sent him here." Jate replied.

Then Celine immediately called the General Manager of the main store,  and talked about Jate's information.

Coincidentally the General Manager was in the eastblue from some business affairs. When he heard all about what's happening in the store from Celine, he immediately rushed and went to the store as soon as possible.

After calling few security guards the Manager came back.

Angela went panicked when she saw the security guards came rushing to them.

"Jate! Lets go now I don't want to cause a trouble here."

But Jate smirk, and said. "Just wait honey, let's watch what will happen to them later. Just stay calm."

"Guard its them"! The Manager said pointing her finger at them. 

Many passerby who heard the commotion appeared.

"Hey manager! You should apologized now or else it'd will be too late." Jate said.

The Manager's face get darkened and turned ugly. "Why would I should apologized to you? You shut up, you beggar. You should  be the one who will apologize now!"

"Go get them and give them some good beatings!" As she command the guards, and then suddenly an Middle aged man came rushing to the store, and saw Jate and Angela.

When the Middle aged man entered the store the Manager immediately bowed and greeted the General Manager but he ignored her and rushed to Jate's side.

"A-Are you Mr. Woods?" He asked, as he breathe heavily.

"Yes its me! Why? Who are you?"

The General Manager fell down on his knees and started apologizing, because if he didn't do it he will beheaded as he already know how cruel the Woods family is when they were offended.

He started slapping his face left and right, as soon as the the Manager saw how the General Manager slapping his face, she was confused.  "Sir stop, why are you hurting yourself in front of him."

The Manager didn't know that the beggar she's mocking a while ago is his boss.

Then a furious and sharp gaze of the middle aged man towards to the Manager, he got up and immediately slapped her three times that she fall down, her face gets swollen and a blood running out from her mouth, after she fell down the middle age man started kicking her again, and crouch from pain.

"Sir what was going on? I didn't done anything wrong!" She said with trembling.

"You didn't done anything wrong? You've offended Mr. Woods, what's wrong with that?"

Then the middle age man looked at Jate but Jate suddenly shook his head in order to hide his identity, so that he realized what Celine said a while ago.

"Mr. Woods is my most trusted friend," he said immediately to hide his identity.

Angela was shocked on what she heard, but she didn't spoke up. And leaned and hide in Jate's back.

The Manager crawled and started appologizing and begging for mercy but Jate shook his head.

Then the middle aged man kicked her head and she passed out. All of the staffs in the store were shocked about what happened.

"Guards! Send her to the hospital, Don't worry about the expenses I will settle that later."

"Mr. Woods I'm so sorry what's happened a while ago, please accept this Jade bracelet for free as a token of our apologies." He immediately wrapped it and gave to Mr. Woods.

"No, I will pay." As he winked his right eye in order to hide.

"You are my most trusted friend anyway please accept it for free, pleased?."

Then Jate accepted it with all of his heart and gave it to Angela. Angela couldn't believed what happened, she's in a shocked state. So they left the store as like  as nothing happened.

After they left the store, the two of them went to the grocery store to buy some stocks.

"Are you serious? I don't know that you have a friend that is a General manager at a luxurious jewelery store?" She seems confused.

"Ah yeah its a long story, dear. I suddenly passed by when I saw him got an accident, so I helped him that day, coincidentally I brought his calling card on my wallet, then while the Manager is out calling the security. I suddenly remembered that he is a General Manager from that store so I contacted him immediately for help."

"So heroic huh? So you are his hero?"

"Maybe something like that!"

The two of them walk around the head home.

"Ah so tiring this day, there's some un expected event happens, I didn't even bought a gift for grand ma, I don't know what to do.

It's weekend tommorow, I'd like to sleep and take a rest all day, in order to relieve my stress from work.

I'm so surprised about my dumb husband a while ago he even get this expensive Jate bracelet for free, it's so beautiful can I asked him to buy me an replica of this? I don't want to show it on the crowd. The dumb husband of mine.

What should I do if mom found out about this,  well I guess I'll keep it for a while. Then I'll use it if there's an important occasion.

In the next four days or on tuesday, is our anniversary, what is he planning?
