Caroline was about to speak when Kenny said, "Nah, you can still take care of him as a friend. He got hurt because of you anyway."

Caroline was relieved. "Alright, don't be standing there. Wash your hands for dinner."

"Ah, go ahead. Don't be doing anything naughty with him," reminded Kenny.

Caroline glared at him. "Please stop your dangerous thoughts!"

Ten minutes later, Caroline packed the food, picked up the car key, and told the children, "I'm going out to visit someone. Listen to Uncle Kenny and Grandma."

Caroline left before the three children could react.

After dinner, the triplets ran upstairs, shut the door, and talked.

Tyler frowned. "I'm sure that Mommy is out to visit scumbag Daddy tonight."
